    All our shoes are hand-painted and custom-made specially for each customer.

    All sales are final once an order is confirmed.

    Please note:

    • Minor variations in color or design are normal due to the handmade process

    • Damage caused by improper washing, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered

    • Shoes can be washed 30 degrees only.

    If you receive the wrong item or a product damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Each case will be reviewed individually.
